All about users
The Users list is available from:
Administration > Users
This page allows authorised users to view, create, edit, delete, and monitor user accounts.
Default columns
The default Users list includes the following columns.
ID
A unique ID assigned to each user.
This can be useful when configuring Sequences, for example when relating a user to a User-type field or assigning ownership of a record.
Username
The user's unique email address.
Account Type
Displays the type of account assigned to the user.
For a description of each account type, see How do I create a user account?.
Roles
Roles apply only to users with a Config admin account type.
Roles determine which areas of System configuration and Administration those users can access.
Actions
The Actions menu allows authorised users to manage user accounts.
Depending on the account status and your permissions, the following options may be available:
- Open
- Delete
- Resend activation email (shown only when the account status is Pending)

Account status
The Status column is not shown by default, but it is one of the most useful columns available.
It shows whether a user account is:
- Created – the account has been created but no activation email has been sent.
- Pending – the activation email has been sent but the user has not yet activated their account.
- Active – the user has activated their account and signed in.
For more information, see What can I edit in a user account?.
Additional columns
Using the column configuration menu, you can also display:
- Created
- Created by
- Last edited
- Last edited by
- Last logged in
These columns can help with auditing and user account administration.
