Administration

Administration is where system-wide settings are managed in Autologyx.

This section is most relevant to Super Admins, platform administrators, and others responsible for managing users, access, authentication, communications, and other shared controls that apply across the environment.

In contrast:

  • the Workspace is where end users carry out day-to-day work with records, tasks, and documents
  • System configuration is where builders configure the solution itself, including the data model, workflows, tasks, forms, and integrations

Administration is about managing the environment and the people who use it.

Notes

INFO

Administration is focused on system-wide controls and shared platform settings, rather than day-to-day operational work or solution-building configuration.

TIP

If you are managing access to the platform, a good place to begin is About Administration, then All about users, User Groups, and Roles and Permissions.
