Integrations

Modern business processes rarely happen in a single system.

Teams often work across document management platforms, eSignature tools, communication services, CRMs, and AI providers. Catalyst integrations help bring those systems together so your workflows, records, documents, and automation can operate from a central platform.

Go to:

System Configuration > Integrations

From here, Super admins can:

  • view available integrations
  • see which integrations are enabled
  • manage integration availability
  • request additional integrations by contacting your usual Autologyx contact
  • configure integrations for use in workflows and automation

Integration categories

The Integrations page is split into two main categories.

Integrations

This section includes operational and business-system integrations such as:

These integrations are commonly used for:

Applied AI

This section contains AI integrations and AI-enabled workflow capabilities.

Available providers include:

These integrations support:

  • summarisation
  • extraction
  • classification
  • semantic search
  • AI-assisted review
  • workflow automation
  • knowledge retrieval

How integrations are used in Catalyst

Integrations can be used throughout Catalyst workflows and automation.

Examples include:

  • creating Authentication Objects for external services
  • using API Call actors in Sequencer
  • sending documents for eSignature
  • synchronising documents with external systems
  • enriching workflows with AI-generated outputs
  • retrieving documents or data from connected systems

Requesting additional integrations

If an integration is not currently enabled for your environment, you can request it directly from the Integrations page.

  • availability
  • licensing
  • implementation requirements
  • onboarding and setup
