Workspace
The Workspace is where most day-to-day work is carried out in the Autologyx platform.
It is primarily designed for internal and external users who need to work with Records, Tasks, and related information as part of their normal operational processes. In most cases, this area is intended for users who are not working as Config Admins or Super Admins.
Within the Workspace, users can:
- view and work with Records
- create and update information
- complete and manage Tasks
- work with related records and parent / child relationships
- access the Task Panel to progress assigned work
Who this section is for
This section is mainly relevant to:
- internal operational users
- external users working in a shared process
- case handlers, reviewers, and task-based users
- anyone carrying out day-to-day work in the platform
If you are looking for platform setup, configuration, or administration guidance, you will usually need the System Configuration or Administration areas of the Knowledgebase instead.
