🛠️ Core Platform Enhancements ​

Enhanced Error Visibility ​

The days of mysterious "Something went wrong" messages are behind us. Users can now click "Show details" to access comprehensive error information, including:

  • App version
  • Exact error location
  • URL and error code
  • Detailed backend message
  • One-click copy feature for all error details

This granular insight helps users quickly diagnose issues or share precise information with our Client Value team for faster resolution.

Database Performance Boost ​

We've upgraded our PostgreSQL RDS to version 16, bringing:

  • Improved query performance
  • Enhanced data security
  • Better resource utilisation
  • Increased stability for large-scale operations

🔌 API Updates ​

Personal Authentication Objects ​

Our new Personal Authentication Object API enables developers to create user-specific authentication tokens for each integrated service. This game-changing feature opens up possibilities for:

  • Building personalised multi-service workflows
  • Creating secure user-specific integrations
  • Implementing granular access control across services
  • Developing custom authentication flows for different user roles

New API Capabilities ​

  • Detailed error information: when document generation fails (via the GET /api/object-records/object_record_id/documents/document_template_id/ endpoint), detailed error or warning messages are displayed, providing clear guidance on resolving issues.
  • Sorting enhancement: results from the GET /api/object-models/1/object-records/${recordId}/children/ endpoint can now be ordered using the show_fields parameter.
  • Listing parent records: the list of parent records using the new endpoint GET /api/object-models/id/object-records/{child_record_id}/parents/ can now be retrieved.
  • Search in User Groups API: introducing search capability in GET /api/user-groups/id/users/, making it easier to locate users within groups.

🎯 Sequencer Improvements ​

We've significantly enhanced the Sequencer's reliability and usability:

  • Ensured trigger conditions load all available options and function correctly
  • Disabled Sequencer actors from being moved when not in Edit Mode
  • Standardised the display of checkbox static values in Sequencer configurations
  • Added detailed formatting requirements information for all value types in the Local Variable Actor
  • Removed non-functional trigger condition combinations to simplify configurations
  • Made sure API call tests use updated Authentication Objects
  • Improved Document type field configuration — the "Update Record" actor now supports clearing document type fields, offering more flexibility in managing records

💻 UI Refinements ​

The user interface received numerous stability improvements, including:

  • Displaying identifier values in side panels when set
  • Ensuring child components always display accurate information
  • Correctly filtering after returning to a listing page with applied filters
  • Handling object record lists when the object.classes_list permission is revoked
  • Automatic updates to the summary panel after uploading a document
  • Correctly displaying videos on the Landing Page
  • Handling filtering with non-existent options for Single and Multi-select fields
