Present child records
Get ready to experience Autologyx like never before! Our latest update introduces a powerful new feature that allows you to seamlessly integrate child records into your workflows. With the ability to set up relations between object classes in our Relational modeller, adding child object classes to records is now possible.
Configuration and display
The child record component is fully customizable, allowing one to adjust the width of list headers and select the content within the list itself.
While using the Form builder, Record properties and Class fields can be added to the list to ensure that end-users see only the information they need when on the Create and edit view display of a record.
Once the child object classes component is configured, it will be visible to end-users on the record's page, where they can easily view a list of related records with selected information.
Navigating through multiple related records is easier with the help of pagination and the results count, enabling end users to access the information they need without hassle.
Permissions and access
With the appropriate permissions, the end user can add new records from related object classes using the intuitive search engine. The user simply needs to search for the record and click to add it to the list.
Plus, the Child Record Summary side tab panel gives quick and easy access to important information about selected child records.
It's important to note that viewing the record's details depends on end-users permissions. The record's data is protected and will enforce restrictions based on granted permissions and the relations created in the relational modeller.
