How do I grant "view users" permission to Config admins
What this permission allows
This permission allows the Config admin (with appropriate role permissions) to:
- View user details when clicking user avatars on lists, drop-downs, etc.
- Add any user to a field.
- Add any user to a User group.
- Create for / re-assign a manual task to any "available" user, i.e. for that record.
- etc.
