Assigning tasks to 1-time completion Users
Both automated and manual tasks can be assigned to a 1-time completion user.
Assigning a new manual task to a 1-time completion user
Manual tasks are assigned from the Task tab in the sidebar of a Record.
Click the "+Create task" button.

Task type and template selection
Whether the "Task type" is "Complete standalone form" or "Update object records", only tasks created from a Task template where the "Task creation mechanism" is "Manual" will be displayed in the "Task template" selection field.

Example
In the following screenshot, a manual task is being assigned to Harry Bennett. His avatar has a dotted circle, which signifies that his user account type is 1-time completion.

Important: When a task is assigned to a 1-time completion user, you will be prevented from adding any further assignees. It is expected that this task must be completed by this individual. They will automatically be sent a notification to inform them that they have a task to complete.

Additional instructions
As with the assignment of all manual tasks, you have the option to add further instructions for the recipient. This is particularly useful when assigning manual tasks to 1-time completion users because they don't otherwise interact with your system and only infrequently complete tasks.

If you provide additional instructions, these will be displayed at the top of the task form, as shown below.

Assigning a task to a 1-time completion user via a sequence
Although you cannot currently select a 1-time completion user as the default task assignee when creating a sequence, you can assign a task or tasks to this type of user in the sequence workflow.
