User Group List
The User Group list
When set to the default, the column headers for this list will show the following:
- ID - the ID number of the User group. Useful when you have a number of User groups with similar names.
- Name - the name of the User group. This is a mandatory field when creating a new User group and it must be unique.
- Description - this is an optional field which allows you to provide a brief description about the group, what it is used for, etc.
- Actions
- if your User account type is Super admin you will see all the User groups in the system and for each group you will have the option to Open, View usage or Delete that group
- an owner of a User group or groups (with a Config admin account) will have a link for User Groups and another for Users in their main navigation menu. They will only see User groups of which they are the Owner or a Member. As an Owner of a User group their Actions menu will contain the options for Open, View usage and Delete - see screenshots below for User Rachel Welch

- a User who is simply a member of a User group (with a Config Admin account) will have Action menu options: Open and View usage
